We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced AU Bookkeeper with a strong background in Australian bookkeeping practices. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily financial records, reconciling accounts, and supporting financial reporting processes while ensuring compliance with Australian tax regulations. This role requires proficiency in bookkeeping tools such as Xero, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage diverse financial responsibilities efficiently.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable during peak reporting periods, and capable of maintaining accurate financial records while collaborating effectively with clients and internal teams.

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 AM – 4 PM (PH Time)
  • Work Set up: Work-from-Home
  • Salary range: PHP 45,000 - 55,000


In this role, you will:

  • Handling daily bookkeeping tasks, including recording transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliation.
  • Reviewing financial reports and analyzing balance sheets to identify adjustments and resolve discrepancies.
  • Clearing accounts and reconciling GST collected against POS, eCommerce, and payment service reports.
  • Content developing, conceptualizing, researching, and creating high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content for various platforms.
  • Managing increased workload during BAS periods, contributing approximately 30–40 hours of work in the first week following the end of each quarter.


We're Looking for Someone Who has: 

  • Minimum 3 years AU Bookkeeping experience.
  • Proven Experience in:
    • Bank and account reconciliations
    • Australian payroll processing and compliance
    • Australian GST and BAS preparation
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle routine and ad-hoc tasks within allocated timeframes.
  • Ability to manage multiple financial tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
  • Adaptability to varying workloads, particularly during BAS periods and post-quarter ends.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and identify discrepancies or insights.
  • Familiarity with Australian tax laws and regulatory requirements.


Technical Skills:

  • Strong working knowledge of XERO, MYOB, QuickBooks
  • Experience with integrated payment platforms (Stripe, Square, PayPal)
  • Experience with eCommerce or POS system integrations

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working effectively with clients and team members.
  • High attention to detail with accurate data entry and financial record-keeping.
