Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Employment: Full-time
Salary: PHP 30,000 – 45,000

What You'll Do:

• Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices, credit notes, and statements of account, while maintaining complete supporting documentation.
• Record and allocate customer payments in the accounting system, reconcile customer accounts and accounts receivable control accounts, and investigate discrepancies.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and maintain updated ageing reports; follow up with customers regarding overdue invoices and payment commitments.
• Investigate and resolve billing disputes, short payments, and unapplied receipts, and escalate significantly overdue or high-risk accounts to management.
• Prepare collection forecasts and weekly/monthly receivables reports, assist with credit-limit and payment-term assessments, support month-end closing and audits, and recommend doubtful-debt provisions and write-offs for management approval.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of accounts-receivable, billing, or collection experience, with practical experience in customer billing, collections, payment allocation, and receivables monitoring.
• Familiarity with accounting systems such as Xero, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or similar software, with good Microsoft Excel and account-reconciliation skills.
• Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to manage sensitive customer discussions professionally.
• Practical knowledge of customer and accounts-receivable control account reconciliation and the ability to maintain and monitor updated receivables ageing reports.
