We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst – Reporting & Data Analytics to support data-driven decision-making across Finance, Sales, and Operations. This role is responsible for collecting, validating, analysing, and interpreting business data to generate meaningful insights, develop management reporting, and improve business performance.

• Schedule: Monday - Friday (7:00 am - 4:00 pm)
• Work setup: Onsite 
• Salary range: Php 70,000 - Php 100,000

In this role, you will:

Reporting & Analytics

• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc management reports.
• Analyse business performance across Finance, Sales, Operations, and other business functions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and KPI reports using Power BI, Excel, or similar BI tools.
• Provide insightful commentary highlighting key trends, risks, opportunities, and business performance drivers.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders.

Data Management

• Collect and consolidate data from multiple business systems and data sources.
• Validate data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
• Clean, transform, and structure datasets for reporting and analysis.
• Maintain reporting databases, documentation, and reporting frameworks.
• Drive improvements in data quality, governance, and reporting processes.

Financial Analysis

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Analyse revenue, costs, profitability, margins, and financial performance metrics.
• Monitor financial KPIs and prepare performance reporting.
• Assist with month-end and management reporting activities.
• Perform variance analysis and provide recommendations for improvement.

Sales & Commercial Analysis

• Analyse sales performance by customer, product, service, region, and salesperson.
• Monitor sales trends, customer behaviour, and growth opportunities.
• Support pricing, margin, and profitability analysis.
• Assist with customer and product profitability reporting.

Business Improvement & Automation

• Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes.
• Recommend process improvements based on data insights and analysis.
• Participate in business improvement and transformation initiatives.
• Enhance reporting efficiency through automation and business intelligence tools.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Respond to reporting and analytical requests from management teams.
• Communicate analytical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate effectively across departments to support business objectives.
• Ensure reporting deliverables are accurate, insightful, and delivered on time.

We're looking for Someone Who has: 

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline
• Minimum 2–5 years' experience in Business Analysis, Reporting, Financial Analysis, or Data Analytics.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, Lookups, and data modelling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Close attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.

Technical Skills:

• Power BI dashboard development and reporting.
• SQL querying and database management.
• Power Query and reporting automation.
• Microsoft Fabric experience.
• Tableau or other Business Intelligence platforms.
• ERP system reporting experience.
• CRM reporting and analysis experience.
• Experience supporting Finance and Commercial business functions
