We are looking for a high-performing Accounting graduate to join our offshore team as a Junior Accountant. This is a long-term career opportunity suited for fresh graduates with strong academic results, excellent written English, and keen attention to detail. No prior experience is required. You'll gain hands-on experience in accounting and tax, with structured training and a clear pathway for professional growth and career progression.

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 AM – 4 PM (PH Time)
• Work Set up: Work-from-Home
• Salary range: PHP 20,000 -25,000

In this role, you will:

• Set up and manage jobs in Xero Practice Manager
• Organise, rename, and file client source documents correctly
• Prepare accounting reports from client systems (Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, etc.)
• Set up and complete Xero Workpapers
• Perform a high-level reasonableness review of financial data (not a detailed audit)
• Compare current year results to prior year and identify:
  • Missing or new accounts
  • Unusual or material changes
  • Possible capital or personal items
• Prepare basic reconciliations (GST, BAS, payroll, super)
• Clearly document notes and raise structured queries for managers

We're Looking for Someone Who has: 

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (recent graduate)
• Fresh graduates with relevant local accounting experience are encouraged to apply
• Strong academic record preferred
• Basic knowledge of Australian accounting is an advantage, preferably gained through seminars, training, or coursework
• Excellent written English and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow structured processes and checklists
• Good time management skills and a strong willingness to learn
