Join BMG Outsourcing as a Finance Controller and take a key role in overseeing accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, budgeting, cash flow, and regulatory compliance while supporting management decision-making and Finance team development.

Location: Angeles, Clark, Pampanga
Work Setup: Onsite
Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Employment: Full-time
Salary: PHP 65,000 – 85,000

What You'll Do:

• Manage month-end and year-end closing activities, including review of general ledger accounts, reconciliations, journals, accruals, and prepayments.
• Prepare and review monthly management reports and financial statements, and analyze actual results against budgets, forecasts, and prior periods.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, operating expenses, and overall financial performance, while leading the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
• Maintain accounting policies, approval procedures, and internal controls, and oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll accounting, and fixed assets.
• Ensure compliance with applicable tax, statutory, audit, and regulatory requirements; coordinate with external auditors, tax advisers, banks, and government agencies; provide financial recommendations to senior management; and supervise, train, and evaluate Finance team members.
• Support management with pricing, investment, cost-control, and business planning decisions, review unusual transactions, account movements, and financial risks, and support improvements to accounting systems, reporting tools, and finance processes.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant accounting experience, including supervisory or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and internal controls, with experience overseeing accounting operations and financial reporting processes.
• Strong financial analysis, problem-solving, leadership, communication, and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to review unusual transactions, account movements, and financial risks.
• Experience with Accounting Software (Xero, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or similar), Microsoft Excel, financial reporting, financial analysis, budgeting & forecasting, and internal controls, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience leading or managing budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Ability to support management with pricing, investment, cost-control, and business-planning decisions.

Preferred / Advantage: CPA qualifications are preferred.
