Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM PHT
Employment: Full-time
Salary: PHP 70,000–120,000

What You'll Do:

• Manage end-to-end accounting, bookkeeping reconciliation, and payroll processing for Australian pharmacy clients, including bank, petty cash, credit card, loan, creditor, debtor, stock on hand, and general ledger reconciliations.
• Review balance sheet accounts, trial balances, hire purchase schedules, financing reconciliations, leave entitlements, sales, POS reports, cash, EFTPOS takings, dispensary income, PBS income, and inter-store transactions.
• Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, BAS, Payroll Tax Returns, GST reconciliations, and other Australian compliance lodgements.
• Analyze financial performance, investigate material variances, identify accounting risks and process improvements, resolve complex accounting matters, and ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely client deliverables.
• Mentor and review the work of junior and intermediate accountants, support training and workflow planning, contribute to process improvement initiatives, and maintain strong client relationships and confidentiality.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of accounting experience, including experience in Australian accounting environments.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior, supervisory, or review capacity.
• Strong experience with Australian SME accounting, taxation, and compliance requirements, including preparing and reviewing financial statements, BAS, Payroll Tax Returns, GST reconciliations, and management reports.
• Demonstrated experience reviewing accounting work, mentoring junior staff, and managing a portfolio of Australian clients.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred / Advantage:

• CPA qualification or progress toward CPA/CA certification.
• Previous experience working with pharmacy or healthcare industry clients.
• Exposure to workflow management, resource allocation, and team leadership.
• Experience with process improvement and automation initiatives.

Technical Skills & Software: Xero:

• Xero and/or MYOB: Extensive experience required.
• Australian accounting standards: Familiarity required.
• Australian taxation and compliance: Strong working knowledge required, including GST and BAS.
• Microsoft Excel: High proficiency required.
• Microsoft Office applications: High proficiency required.
• Financial reporting and reconciliations: Strong preparation and review experience required.
