Legal Administrator
Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and legally trained Legal Administrator to support contract management and review functions across the business. This role is primarily focused on contract review (70%), ensuring that agreements are accurate, compliant with company standards, and aligned with approved templates.
The successful candidate will play a key role in reviewing terms and conditions, sales contracts, and subcontractor agreements, identifying potential risks, and supporting timely contract execution. While the role requires legal knowledge, it is non-advisory in nature and does not involve providing formal legal opinions.
This position also requires the use of AI tools to enhance efficiency in reviewing, summarizing, and managing contract documentation.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 AM – 4 PM (PH Time)
- Work Set up: Hybrid
- Salary range: PHP 85,000 - 90,000
In this role, you will:
Contract Review & Administration (Primary Focus – 70%)
- Review contracts including:
- Terms & Conditions
- Sales Agreements
- Subcontractor Agreements
- Identify inconsistencies, deviations from standard templates, and potential risk areas
- Flag key issues and escalate where required for further review
- Ensure contracts are complete, accurate, and aligned with company standards
- Support the preparation, formatting, and finalization of agreements
Contract Management & Coordination
- Assist in managing the end-to-end contract lifecycle (drafting support, review, execution, filing)
- Maintain organized records of all contracts and documentation
- Track contract status, key dates, and required actions
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of agreements
AI Utilization & Process Efficiency
- Leverage AI tools to:
- Review and summarize contract documents
- Improve turnaround time and consistency of outputs
- Support continuous improvement of contract review workflows
Stakeholder Support
- Collaborate with internal teams across operations, finance, and commercial functions
- Respond to urgent requests and prioritize tasks effectively
- Act with urgency and maintain accuracy under tight deadlines
We're Looking for Someone Who has:
- Tertiary qualification in Law (LLB or equivalent)
- 2–5 years experience in contract review, legal administration, or similar roles
- Strong understanding of contract structures and common legal terms
- Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to urgent requests when required
- Experience reviewing commercial contracts (sales, supplier, subcontractor)
- Exposure to international contracts (AU/US) – not required but beneficial
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Technical Skills:
- Experience using AI tools in a professional setting is highly desirable
Non-Negotiables:
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies
- Strong written communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
